Data Analytics & AI Engineer Trainee

We are looking for talent for our Data Analytics & AI Engineering Trainee Program, aimed at early-career professionals with a passion for technology and a desire to become references in AI and data. Responsibilities:

• Participate in hands-on projects, applying Data Analytics and AI concepts in real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop data pipelines and AI solutions.
• Contribute to continuous innovation by proposing improvements in processes and technical solutions.
• Engage in training and certifications, including preparation for recognized certifications, such as those offered by Azure and Google Cloud.

Requirements:

• Academic background (completed or in final year) in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

Required technical skills:

• Python programming (intermediate level or higher).
• Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with code management via Git (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
• Familiarity with API integration and consumption.

Nice-to-have:

• Hands-on experience building Machine Learning models using libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow, applied in academic, personal, or professional projects.
• Basic knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g., BigQuery, Airflow, DBT) or AI frameworks (OpenAI SDK, LangChain, VertexAI).
• Proactive profile, with an ability to easily learn new technologies and work well in a team.
• Interest in developing as a Data Analytics & AI Engineer, focusing on practical and innovative solutions.
