Senior PMO Analyst

ATRA is looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to drive the strategic and operational governance of IT projects, ensuring alignment between strategy, business needs, and technical execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor IT projects, ensuring visibility over scope, schedule, costs, risks, and dependencies;
• Act as the main point of contact facilitating communication between business areas, technical teams, and vendors;
• Lead requirement-gathering, follow-up, and status meetings, recording decisions, pending items, and action plans;
• Maintain and enhance the project portfolio visibility, monitoring deviations and proposing alternatives;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, documentation standards, and PMO practices;
• Support functional and non-functional requirements gathering;
• Coordinate testing (SIT and UAT), validations, sign-offs, and the transition to ongoing support;
• Produce status reports and executive materials to support management and leadership.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, ADS, or IT Management;
• Solid experience in PMO or IT Project Management; Mastery of project management methodologies (agile, traditional, and hybrid);
• Experience in planning, risk management, scope, schedules, and executive reporting;
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, or migration projects for enterprise systems (ERP, financial, automation, AI);
• Ability to map processes and gather functional and non-functional requirements;
• Language: Intermediate English;
• Use and familiarity with AI tools (Gemini and Copilot).

Nice-to-haves:

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, IT Governance, or related fields;
• Knowledge of financial, administrative, or tax/fiscal processes;
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL (Foundation or 4), COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, Scrum Master, or Kanban.
